Dead By Daylight's collaboration with PUBG: Battlegrounds is quite interesting, considering that the latter is not a horror franchise. This is also the first time that DBD has been combined with a non-horror game. To celebrate this, there are plenty of rewards for players who are interested in these games.

How To Complete PUBG Training Quickly (Dead By Daylight)?
In this collaboration, things are very easy on the part of Dead By Daylight, but most of the things you have to do are in PUBG. The first step is to head over to Steam and search for PUBG: Battlegrounds in its store. The game is free to play and you will have to download it which can take a long time as it is huge.
Once you have your game ready, open it up and you will see basic training written in the bottom left of the screen when you are in the main menu. Click the Play button below because you need to finish this training before you can work to unlock rewards. This is all you need to do in this session:
- Move and run using the buttons shown on the screen, then jump on any item using the Jump button. Once you are done, you can head to the next spot marked with a blue arrow.
- The next step is to learn to use weapons. You can pick up the M416 and its accessories from the table to your right. Now, you must shoot ten times at the target marked with the arrow while you are in the aim. Your shots don't count if you press the aim button. You have to tap on it until you see through the Red Dot Sight that you have captured.
- Next, go to the next area where you will simply have to pick up one of the projectiles and launch it anywhere in the area marked with the arrow.
- Run to the next part to heal yourself with a first aid kit and grab an energy drink and pain reliever. To finish the training, you will need to revive your injured colleague in a shed.

Once you've completed the basic training, you'll be greeted with the frustrating part of this collaboration. When you go back to the list, you will see that you need to play ten matches against the AI because the developers thought this needed to be done before anyone could start playing normal games.
It would take you hours to try to play these games, but there is a trick that can help you beat 90 percent of them. If you win your first match against the AI, the game will think you're good enough for general games and won't ask you to play the rest.
If you are new to PUBG or FPS games in general, here are some tricks you can use to win your first game:
- Do not land in one of the main areas close to the aircraft's path. If you want to go to one of them, try flying to one of the farthest. This will allow you to have fewer combat interactions.
- Loot as many houses as you can before moving on, but also keep an eye on the white circle on the map. The blue zone will slowly reduce the map to this white circle and being in the blue zone will deal damage over time.
- Collect many energy drinks and painkillers. You need them to bring your health above 75 percent, and the chance of getting them from bots you kill is significantly lower.

How To Get Cooperation Rewards Dead By Daylight?
After completing the training following the procedure above, you can start working on your bonus missions. The first thing you need to do is click on the PUBG X Dead By Daylight Mission Event dialog which will be visible at the top right of your screen in the main menu.
This will take you to an external page set up specifically for this event. Once you deal with the cookie popup, you'll see a giant red button that says "Start Task." You must click this before doing anything else because otherwise you will not be able to claim the rewards.
After doing that, go back to the game and select Game Mode in the right center of the screen. Invite the friends you want to play with and click the start button. This will bring you to a game that works a bit differently than the actual Dead By Daylight game.
In the Dead By Daylight version of PUBG, you'll select the role you want to play after entering the game with three other people (four people total instead of five). For most rewards, the outcome of the game doesn't matter and the rules that determine your turn are:
- If all four people choose the survivor, one of them will be randomly chosen to be the killer.
- Alternatively, if more than one person chooses a Killer, one of them will be randomly chosen to be the Killer and the others will have to play the role of Survivor.
You must play five rounds and get a total of ten kills while playing Killer to get all the rewards shown above. The nurse mask is the only bonus that matters to your game outcome, and you'll find it hard to play Killer in this mode anyway.

How to redeem cosmetics and magic in the dead by daylight
Once you have obtained the Dwight cosmetic after playing a game of the DBD game mode in PUBG, you will be able to claim this cosmetic in Dead By Daylight. To do this, return to the collaboration webpage via the PUBG main menu and scroll down until you see the rewards.
Note: If you have met the requirements, there will be an option that says "Claim Reward" at the bottom of the Dwight Cosmetics card. Click on it and copy the code at the top of the new dialog.
You can now close PUBG and open Dead By Daylight. Head to the in-game store from the main menu to find the Redeem Code option at the top right of the screen. You can only see it when you are in the Featured tab of the Store.
- Click on the option and paste the code you copied to get Dwight Cosmetics at the time of redemption.
- Once you're done, write "WINNERWINNER" in the box and redeem it to get exclusive Pan magic during the event period.
